About ADULT GYMNASTICS
Adult gymnastics is aimed at individuals over 19 years old who wish to engage in physical activity or supplement their current practice with exercises that combine various skills: coordination, spatial awareness, strength, flexibility, alignment, and balance. This sport helps prevent chronic illnesses and maintain autonomy in daily activities. Gymnastics is adapted to the fitness level of the participants, and the sessions are also designed to meet the needs of those in good physical condition.
Beginners Gymnastics
In our Beginners class, athletes are introduced to training hours where they gain interest in sport, learn discipline, and acquire and perfect specific movements such as splits, bridge, and cartwheels - leaving them with new skills such as flexibility, musicality, balance, coordination, and strength.
Intermediate Gymnastics
Our Intermediate classes aim to develop the body and achieve the apparatus prerequisites. Study and train using typical skills with the apparatus such as rope, hoop, ball, clubs, and ribbon while also working on motor ability, speed, flexibility, strength, and power
Advance Gymnastics
Within our Advanced classes, we work on further developing the skills acquired in the beginners and intermediate sessions. Our focus is to increase the technical and physical abilities of our young gymnasts through routine learning. Our gymnasts in the advanced levels learn skills that will aid them to perform in competitions.

Not at all. Our adult gymnastics program welcomes everyone — from complete beginners to those who did gymnastics years ago. As part of the best gymnastics in Dubai experience, each participant progresses at their own pace under the guidance and support of our certified coaches.
You will learn handstands, rolls, cartwheels, core strength, and balance skills — progressing safely at your pace.
Every session begins with a comprehensive warm-up and mobility routine. Coaches introduce drills gradually, ensuring proper technique before advancing to more complex movements. Mats and spotting are used at all times for safety.
Gymnastics builds full-body strength, mobility, coordination, and balance while improving posture and confidence.
Participants work on improving flexibility, coordination, balance, strength, alignment, and spatial awareness. These skills help in everyday mobility, injury prevention, posture, and overall physical wellbeing.
