Flavia De Simone is a leading figure in the Middle East’s fitness and wellness industry. Serving as Vice Chairman of the Fitness & Wellness Business Group at Dubai Chamber, Director of Operations at Level Up Gyms and CEO of Maya Yoga Academy, she has played a pivotal role in shaping professional education and wellness initiatives across the region.
An E-RYT 500 certified yoga educator, REPs Level 3 certified trainer, international speaker and writer, Flavia has trained and mentored hundreds of yoga, Pilates and aerial instructors. She was recognized as a finalist for Best Instructor (2022) and Educator of the Year (2023) at the Fit Awards Middle East and leads 17 recognized certification programs across the Middle East and Europe.
Her mission is to inspire transformation through mindful movement, holistic health and high-standard professional education in fitness and wellness.
